RETURNS POLICY

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

 

KO is unable to accept return of Kokedamas once the flowers have been collected, delivered or dispatched. All our orders are final and non-refundable. Unfortunately our product is categorized as 'perishable' and such items are deemed as items that cannot be returned.

Should you have any issues with your order or the quality of your delivery, please contact us at  kokedamas@kokedamas.com.au and we we will make every effort to assist. 

We deal in a perishable product. All orders, once placed with us are final.

 

We can accept cancellations with minimum 24 hours notice before delivery date, however, a 20% Cancellation Fee will be applicable to cover costs including administration, credit card commissions etc.

If Cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours advance notice from the date of delivery - we apologize but we will not be able to refund any value of the order.
